The client
Our client, Player’s Health, is a company that assists youth sports organizations and clubs. They provide a wide range of services for young athletes, including the following ones: data-driven athlete safety solutions for risk management, injury tracking, and communication, and FinTech and insurance platforms for effective control of organizations’ finances and hassle-free purchase of insurance policies.
Challenge
One of the biggest challenges in the Player’s Health finance solution was simplifying a new user’s registration and onboarding process since the platform required entering a large amount of data. There was also a concern regarding the user hierarchy as this FinTech tool comprised the main organization’s account and several sub-accounts of sports clubs subordinate to it. As for the Player’s Health insurance platform, the primary challenge was determining a unified user flow for purchasing an insurance policy via the application.
Our solution
Our team suggested the following solutions that achieve the finance platform’s goals: simplifying the onboarding process and establishing a user hierarchy. We have broken down the registration process into separate steps and sub-steps, allowing users to track their progress. Our experts also optimized the interaction between the main account and sub-accounts, entitling administrators and sub-administrators to track transactions, view connected credit cards, and control their account statuses. For the Player’s Health insurance platform, we delivered a streamlined user flow where the user can buy an insurance policy in just a few steps.

Our team has considered numerous features for the Player’s Health FinTech platform. We left only the most necessary functionality to launch the demo version of the application as soon as possible. In particular, we featured creating accounts and sub-accounts, managing sub-accounts, issuing virtual and physical cards, tracking and confirming transactions, transferring funds, and making deposits.
Player’s Health Insurance Solution Design
As for the Player’s Health insurance platform, our team is currently at the MVP stage, meaning we have implemented most of the features and thought through the architecture of this product. According to our idea, this platform interacts with the Player’s Health lobby, where users can purchase and view available insurance policies. We’ve also given users two options for buying insurance: doing it themselves or through insurance brokers.

Our experts worked closely with the client to better understand their requirements and vision for Player’s Health products. Given that a big number of users prefer browsing via various devices, we also designed the responsive version of Insurance platform. Our team enabled the assessment feature, which involves surveying users for more personalized insurance recommendations and tailoring the experience of interacting with the mobile application.
